We ship daily, and our closest major airport is only 90 minutes from our facility.
All live birds are shipped exclusively via certified airlines we do not ship through USPS or any postal service, as this is illegal for live animals.

A specialist locates the closest airport offering a Pet Safe Program, ensuring your bird travels in a controlled, temperature-regulated environment. - Scheduling & Coordination
We coordinate all travel times, requirements, and logistics before finalizing the booking. - Flight Booking
You will receive an email with your full itinerary, including:- Flight numbers
- Departure/arrival times
- Pickup location
- Pre-Flight Check-In
Once your bird is checked in at the airport, we will update you by email or phone. - Real-Time Updates
Throughout the day of travel, we keep you informed about flight progress until your parrot safely reaches your hands.
